Therefore, the following points must be paid attention to in use:

1. Before use, carefully read the product manual.

2. Use according to the pressure, temperature and medium specified on the nameplate or the instruction manual.

3. During use, the fluorine lined valve shall be prevented from generating excessive pipe stress due to temperature change, and the temperature change shall be minimized. U-shaped expansion joints shall be added in front of and behind the valve.

4. It is forbidden to use lever to open and close the fluorine lined valve. Pay attention to observe the opening and closing indication position and limit device of the fluorine lined valve. After the opening and closing are in place, do not force the valve to close to avoid premature damage of the fluorine plastic sealing surface.

5. For some media that are unstable and easy to decompose (for example, the decomposition of some media will cause volume expansion and abnormal increase of working pressure) and cause valve damage or leakage, measures shall be taken to eliminate or limit the factors causing the decomposition of unstable media. When selecting the valve, the fluorine lined valve with automatic pressure relief device shall be selected in consideration of the possible working condition change caused by the unstable and easy decomposition of the medium.

6. For fluorine lined valves on toxic, flammable, explosive and highly corrosive medium pipelines, it is strictly prohibited to replace the packing under pressure. Although the fluorine lined valve is designed with an upper sealing function, it is not recommended to replace the packing under pressure.

7. For the pipeline with self igniting medium, measures shall be taken to ensure that the ambient temperature and working condition temperature shall not exceed the self igniting point of the medium, so as to prevent the danger caused by sunlight or external fire.

8. Measures shall be taken to eliminate the violent and long-term vibration of the pipeline to avoid the damage of fluoroplastic lined valves.

9. During the use of fluorine lined valves, the sealing surface of fluorine plastic is often damaged by medium crystallization and solid particles due to its soft texture, resulting in sealing leakage. Repair or replace the sealing parts in time after discovery.

10. Some fluorine lined valves are partially opened to regulate the flow during use. The high-speed medium leads to premature damage of the sealing surface. In this case, the sealing element shall be replaced in time.

11. Generally, the flange of fluorine lined valve is not provided with gasket. In case of leakage at the middle flange, evenly tighten the middle flange nut to eliminate the leakage. If the sealing surface of Sino French is damaged, repair the sealing surface and add the flange gasket to solve the problem.

12. If the handle or handwheel cannot rotate flexibly or the fluorine lined valve cannot be opened and closed, the gland nut can be loosened properly. The rotation is still not flexible. The gland may be skewed, and the gland should be adjusted. After adjusting and unscrewing the gland, the fluorine lined valve can not be opened and closed flexibly. It should be disassembled for inspection, dirt removal and troubleshooting. When disassembling this kind of fluorine lined valve, pay attention to what medium is in the pipeline of the fluorine lined valve, whether it is used or newly installed.
